How to download and install the categories:
Click on the file name on the right hand column to activate the download of that file. Choose to save the file to your computer.The best place to store the category files is the same directory as Self-help Subliminals was installed to - the default is C:\SUBLIMIN\.
After you have downloaded the files you want, open up the Settings program for Self-help Subliminals (version 2.4 or later). Open up the Change Messages screen. Now, select the Import Category menu option and select the category file you want to import. If the category you are wanting to import already exists then you will need to delete that category first then import the category.
If you have created a new category for yourself, please share it with us. You can be credited with the file creation or remain anonymous. Export and email your category files to: Alternatively, share them with your friends and colleagues.
